Apple Carrot Ginger Juice

Ever have the feeling of being consistently cold? Look no further, and cozy up with this apple carrot ginger juice recipe that helps fight inflammation and improves circulation. This juice will energize each and every cell in your body, and improve the state of your cardiovascular system by helping shed arterial plaque. This means a more natural, steady blood flow rate, and clearer, healthier looking skin.

This apple carrot ginger juice will also help battle any inflammation in the body, which is a major contributor to a host of diseases and illnesses like arthritis, gout, cancer and skin conditions like eczema.

Apple Carrot Ginger Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

– 4 large carrots
– 3 apples
– 3-4 inches ginger root
– 1 lemon
– Optional: for extra heat and metabolism-boosting effects, add in a little jalapeño pepper!

Method:

Run all ingredients through a juicer, such as the Omega, and enjoy immediately! Alternatively, you could also blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender like the Vitamix, and strain through a nut-milk bag.

    do you put the lemon also into the juicer? I usually got the juice out of a lemon by squeezing it… just a bit confused…

      Hi Veronika,

      You can separately squeeze the lemon and add into the juice, or alternatively, if the lemon is organic, you can just stick the whole lemon through the juicer (although I always prefer peeling).

      Hi Patricia – that would be a lot of fibre, I'd suggest maybe doing it in the Ninja and then straining in a nut milk bag.
